Max & Jax

Ace King Queen Jack Ten Nine

Each player has up to three rolls with five dice. Hold any dice after a roll, release them if you change your mind, and choose one unused score category before the final roll.

1. Roll

Roll all five dice. After the first roll, decide what looks promising.

2. Hold

Keep dice that help your hand. Unheld dice roll again.

3. Nominate

Before roll three, pick the category you are playing for. The final score is locked to that choice.

Fast Local Play

Rolls, holds, nominations, and AI trails stay on the device while the turn is happening. The server is updated when the score is locked in, keeping table play quick while still preserving the scoreboard. Refreshing the game page restores the current turn, including the review state before moving to the next player. If you roll an unused Max, Full House, or five matching face dice, the score is banked immediately. Before the final roll, if you hold matching face dice and press Roll or Space without clicking a nomination, the game asks you to confirm that inferred category before it rolls. During nomination, M, F, A, K, Q, J, 0, and 9 pre-select Max, Full House, Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, and 9. Press Space or Roll after that to roll and score the nominated hand.
